Concierge primary care is the foundation of everything we do. One flat monthly fee covers unlimited, unhurried visits, direct messaging with your provider, and the everyday medicine that keeps you well.
No waiting rooms, no rushed fifteen-minute slots, no copays. Just considered, continuous care from someone who knows you (and your animal!).
Includes 15% off all infusions, injections, and aesthetic treatments.
What to expect
- An unhurried annual physical to map your health, history, and goals
- Direct chat with your providers between visits
- Annual labs and a full biomarker review
- Same-day and next-day visits when something comes up
- Coordination of specialists, prescriptions, and records on your behalf
- Can't make it in? We'll come to you. Home or office visits from just $50.
